Quibus Trainings reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to either existing or future customers. Quibus Trainings may make changes or modifications to referenced policies and guidelines without notice to you.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the terms under which payments made to Quibus Trainings for enrollment in its classroom courses are handled. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following terms:
- Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid towards the enrollment in any course at Quibus Trainings are strictly non-refundable. This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:- Voluntary withdrawal from the course by the student
- Personal or professional reasons leading to inability to attend classes
- Changes in schedule, relocation, or other personal matters
- Non-Transferability
Course enrollments are non-transferable. The fees paid for one individual cannot be transferred to another individual or applied towards a different course. - Why We Have a No Refund Policy
At Quibus Trainings, we maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and quality learning experiences. As seats are limited, once a seat is booked for a course, it is reserved exclusively for the enrolled student, and it cannot be reallocated to another candidate. Due to this limitation, all fees paid are non-refundable. - Batch Date Extension by the Institute
In the unlikely event that Quibus Trainings extends the date of the course, students will be notified, and appropriate remedies will be provided, which may include the option to attend the same course at a later date. We reserve the rights to extend the date by 2-3 weeks. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - Discretionary Exceptions
Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of the management of Quibus Trainings. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing, but granting such exceptions is neither implied nor guaranteed.
By proceeding with your enrollment and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
